Blog Walking Etiquette

I was told by my friend, on the cyber he called him self the man, to do blog walking to promote my blog. First I am using blog spot update information (BUI), if u notice its appear on the top left corner when u are log in to blog spot, after know about shout mix box and chat box on the net, I use them. Using shout mix or chat box is more effective than using BUI. Using BUI has its own advantage rather than shout mix box, but now I will share about blog walking etiquette. Well, I prefer to use the term blog crawling or blog surfing rather than blog walking, ups lets talk about the etiquette.

I think blog walking is about socialization among blogger, they visit another blogger blog, introduce them self, make a comment about the posting, etc. By doing this, they can promote their blog and also creating traffic which is important for every cyberman  Hey, don’t argue about blog crawling effectiveness to increase traffic here. Even though traffic is important, the purpose of blog walking is making friendship.
When we visit another blog, introduce ur self and give them comment. Show that u looking for friendship. Feel free to speak ur mind about their blog. You can say about their posting or their blog lay out, or their adds, etc. When doing this u appreciates their works. As a blogger, you will be happy if some one appreciates what ur work so do the other.And that’s a good starting point to have friendship.

Secondly, be honest and keep ur integrity. Don’t use bullshit word, if u say “Your content is good” than its must come from ur heart. If u say “I click ur add” you really doing that.

Third, use informal languages, don’t be formal. Imagine that u talk to the blogger face 2 face but carefully choose the word, don’t post to long comment. And then, regularly visit ur blogger friend.

If ur blog has widget link its easier for you to manage ur friend blog address. Unfortunately this time I don’t have widget link yet. I hope soon I will have one. I am sory my friends. U must manage your friend link, since they are ur friend and u must care about them. It is about friendship remember.

Five, when u become close with the blogger, ask about their activity such as “ what u have for dinner?” But don’t ask a private question because ever visitor can read ur question and u don’t personally know the blogger.

And the last, keep save your friend business. I mean, don’t accidently make trouble for them. For example, u are good heart then every day you visit the same blog and click the add there, your friend may be banned by the publisher because they suspecting ur friend doing fraud click.
